Apply lessons discovered in Yoga to the craft and business of Acting! When we practice Yoga, we are completely present. The journey of this class is to find that “presence” in ourselves. Breath exercises, balance, stretching, meditation, and flow are the key components that lead us to a place where we can access the presence we find on our mats…off of them. Rather than being at resistance to what is, we learn to release, relinquish and surrender to where we are RIGHT NOW..thus enabling us to go further both in our Yoga and in our Acting. |
