‘working out with sue’
WALL OF LOVE
For all you pregnant ladies out there looking for a safe, effective way to keep fit during your pregnancy I highly recommend the bump it up water yoga class with Sue! She does a great job of helping you work out at your own specific pace while still targeting areas you want/need help with.
The water really helps to provide a safe environment for fragile joints so you don't over exert your body during your workout which is easy to do during pregnancy, especially if you aren't actively working out prior to becoming pregnant. Such a great way to stay fit! Nothing but praise having done this for two pregnancies now!

I am about 4 months post Pulmonary Embolism and was not able to have good lung function. My Dr.s offered no post respitory therapy.
I found myself sleeping 10-15 hrs a day. I returned to the class hoping to have enough energy to get through 30 mins. I made through the hour and had an incredible amount of energy.
Went back two days later... felt even better... I was taking less naps abd feeling great. It has become a vital part of gaining better lung health. ~ Tammy G.
I love H2yOga! I've never been much of an exerciser but this is something I can get motivated for - even at 6 am! Sue is a kind and patient teacher and coach - she loves her students and loves what she does every day. The classes are fun and vary from meditative to hardcore cardio. Sue will adjust the exercises to meet you where you are that day and it's really appropriate for every age and fitness level. The best!!!

I'm very far into my pregnancy and I just discovered the prenatal classes. I wish I had started earlier! The classes are perfect for mamas-to-be looking to calm their minds and bodies, while staying in motion. My "bump" loves it too! I highly recommend these classes for pregnancy fitness and relaxation. I wish I knew about Sue during my first pregnancy ~ Jamie M.
I have been taking classes with Sue since the beginning and I can honestly say that she has created the most satisfying and rewarding form of exercise I have ever encountered. My H2yOga sessions are the highlight of my week and regular attendance has increased my strength and flexibility and improved my lower back problems enormously. I love the fact that people of all levels of fitness have gravitated to this practice and have discovered that in addition to being safe and effective "it is possible to feel relaxed and engaged all at the same time." Sue is a patient and encouraging teacher and her enthusiasm for her unique method of water work-out is infectious. I have raved about this program to everyone I know. ~ Lisa A.
I LOVE this class! the eye opener has been how much this has helped my knees ( tore the cartilage in both a few years ago) and my lower back ( I can now walk without my lower back muscles pulling and hurting). My core and back feel MUCH stronger and flexible; my knees feel younger. When I leave, I feel a great peace of mind and open to new things. This doesn't just work my body, but my spirit as well. I recommend H2yOga wholeheartedly, I'm a believer! ~ Veronica Z.
H2YOga unexpectedly delivers all the strengthening and stress-releasing merits of yoga to a bouyant, warm water setting. Sue is a gifted teacher-- knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging. With great imagination and consideration, she has created an innovative practice that can prove as challenging and precise as Pilates, soothing as a massage, and is suitable for everyone. wonderful! ~ Susan F.
I love yoga and I love being in the water and this combines them both with a workout that you don't know is intense until it is all over and every muscle feels worked.. Starting the day in [the] pool is a perfect way to transition from the dream world to the real world, feeling that miraculous combination of fit and relaxed.

I have chronic knee pain (having broken my knee years ago) and H2yOga has been a great way for me to get active again. This is a surprisingly good core workout.. I leave feeling oddly relaxed and energized at the same time.
The class is body positive and free of judgement. ~ Nikki B.
